Rossini was first established in 2002 in Tocamar, Javea. Over the years Rossini's became locally renowned as the prominent reference for high quality authentic Italian food in Javea and the Costa Blanca. It is with a sense of pride and nostalgia that we open our doors again to welcome friends, old and new.
